The building of this website and portfolio originated in a Digital Engagement Seminar course from my spring 2025 semester.
Throughout the course, I engaged in conversation with fellow Digital Arts & Culture students while we discussed different media and art forms. These discussions culminated in a portfolio showcase that happened at the end of the semester.
Professors, other students and local employers were invited to view the work we created over our college careers.
As part of this course, I also presented on a piece of media which I view as important and relevant to my peers.
I chose to create this presentation on the underrated societal significance of the TV series “Evil” and the state of streaming.
“Evil” is my favorite piece of media because it’s a genre-bending story that incorporated real topical issues into the storyline over its four-season run.
